We operate out of 105 Clive Road, right opposite the Patwa Chamber in the Dana Bunder area. This part of the city is always moving with heavy trucks, handcarts, and laborers carrying loads. We’ve been involved with cotton seeds for a long time now. It’s the core of what this business was built on years ago. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a practical place to handle the paperwork and meet with the brokers who come by. Most of our work happens through phone calls and these long-standing relationships we've built over the decades. Dana Bunder is a major hub for this kind of commodity trade, so being here makes the most sense for our daily operations. We see the heavy bags of seed coming in and going out on the lorries every single day. It’s dusty work and the office can get quite hot in the mid-afternoon sun. We don’t use any complicated computer systems or fancy software. We just keep our handwritten logs and make sure the quality of the seeds is exactly what it’s supposed to be. It’s a very practical and grounded business. We don't even have a marketing department or a salesperson. If people in the industry need cotton seed, they already know where the major traders are located. We’ve stayed in this same spot for many years and don't plan on moving. The building shows its age with the peeling paint, but it’s a solid place to work. Our staff is small and loyal.
