It’s a busy spot, especially with the airport nearby and all the traffic coming off the highway. Multiquip Construction Equipment Pvt. Ltd. operates from here, dealing with various types of machinery used on building sites. It’s not a huge, sprawling factory; it’s more of a hub where we handle the business side of things. Sometimes the elevators in the arcade are slow, and the noise from the street never really stops. We are just a small group of people trying to keep everything organized. We don't have a lot of time for polished presentations. Most of the day is spent on the phone or dealing with paperwork for equipment deliveries. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been in Vile Parle for some time, so we are used to the pace of the area. There’s a lot of tea drinking and talking about logistics. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just help people get the tools they need for their construction projects. It’s a simple business in a very crowded part of the city. We just do our work and go home like everyone else.
