Our company, Mts Pipes Tubes Pvt Ltd, is based out of the Richa Industrial Estate in Andheri West. We are up on the third floor in room 304. It’s an older industrial building, so it has that lived-in feel to it. There’s always something going on in the estate, with trucks coming in and out and people moving goods around. It can get a bit loud and dusty, but that’s expected in a place like this. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't very large, but it fits everything we need. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and talking to suppliers. It’s a busy environment. Andheri West is a good location for us because it’s central to a lot of our contacts. Navigating the industrial estate can be a little confusing if you haven’t been here before, but once you find the right block, it’s fine. We keep things pretty informal here. No one wears suits or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the deliveries are on track. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us working out of room 304. If the door is open, we’re usually inside working through the stack of papers on the desks. It's nothing special, just an honest day's work.
