We’re tucked away in Plot No. 53 at the Apollo Industrial Estate. If you know Andheri East, you know it can be a real maze sometimes. We are off Mahakali Caves Road, which stays pretty busy from morning till night. Urai Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of here for a while now. The building is just a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we just have our desks and some storage space. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we make it work. The sounds of the city are always there in the background. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything. People usually just walk in and we talk right there. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just Andheri for you. We like being in this spot because it’s central for our deliveries. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or making things look polished. We’re just a group of people trying to run a business in a crowded city. It’s honest work and we do it from a simple office. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. We stay late when we have to and just get on with the daily tasks. Things are busy, but we prefer it that way.
