Bombay Construction

Bombay Construction operates out of a space near the Post Office in Kalyan City, Byculla West. Byculla is one of those old parts of the city where everything feels a bit crowded and historic at the same time. Our office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the blueprints, some hard hats, and the dusty boots we wear on site. It’s usually quite loud outside with the post office traffic and the general chaos of Kalyan City. We spend most of our time out at actual building sites, so the office is mainly for paperwork and having a quick bit of lunch between meetings. It’s a messy business, construction, so there’s always a layer of grit on the desks no matter how much we clean. We’ve been working in this area for a long time and know the streets pretty well. The building we are in is older, with high ceilings and walls that have seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We don't go in for fancy presentations or glossy brochures. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just drop by and we have a chat over some tea. It’s about getting the walls up and the floors laid correctly, and that’s really all there is to it at the end of the day. We don't make things complicated, we just follow the plans and finish the work as the weather permits.
