Bell-o-seal Valves Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of C-106 in Morya House for quite a while now. If you head off New Link Road, you’ll find us tucked away in the building. It’s a busy spot. Most mornings start with the sound of metal and phones ringing as we get through the valve orders. There’s always a lot of grease around and the floors aren't always spotless, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with heavy parts. We spend a lot of time checking seals and making sure the threads on the valves are right. It’s not fancy work, just something we do day in and day out. Sometimes the traffic outside on New Link Road gets pretty backed up, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache for the drivers. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and half-finished lunch boxes from the morning break. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for years and know exactly which bin holds which part without even looking at the labels. It gets hot in the summer because the ventilation isn't the greatest, but we keep the fans going and keep moving. People come by to pick up stuff or just to talk about technical specs for their projects. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just a desk near the door and a lot of steel sitting in crates waiting to be shipped. We just focus on getting the valves out the door. It's regular work for regular people.
