Our place, the Mother And Child Care Clinic, sits right in the middle of Worli Villages, not far from Shyan Pratiksha Nagar. If you walk through the village lanes, you’ll see us eventually. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. The address says Worli Villages Near Shyan Pratiksha Nagar twice because that’s really where we are grounded. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic and people talking, but inside it stays relatively calm for the moms and their little ones. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing day by day. The clinic isn't very large, just enough room for a few chairs and the exam rooms. We see a lot of familiar faces from around the neighborhood. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy outside the door, but we try to keep the floors clean. There is no big sign that lights up the whole street, just a simple one so people know they’ve reached the right spot. We open up early, get the lights on, and start seeing whoever is waiting. It’s a local routine. People stop by to ask questions or just to check on an appointment. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the kids. That’s how it’s always been here in this part of Worli, just a regular clinic for regular families.
