Dr. Anands Hospital For Children

Our hospital for children is located at B8 Rajratna CHS, right on the Service Road in Jogeshwari East. Being next to the service road means it’s easy to get to, but it also means there’s a lot of traffic noise from the highway nearby. It’s a place specifically for kids, so it’s often a bit loud inside too. We have children crying or playing while they wait to see the doctor. The walls have some stickers and colorful bits to make it less scary for them. It’s located in a cooperative housing society building. The space is used for checkups, vaccinations, and looking after sick kids. We have a few beds and the usual medical equipment. It’s a busy life here. We are constantly washing our hands and cleaning the toys in the waiting area. The staff is mostly local people from Jogeshwari. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s a practical hospital where the focus is just on getting the children feeling better. Sometimes the waiting room gets really packed, and we have to manage the space carefully. We see parents coming in at all hours, looking worried. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it’s the work we do. It’s a basic, honest place that’s been part of this neighborhood's fabric for a good while. We just keep things moving and do our best every day. There is always a lot of laundry and sanitizing going on in the background to keep things clean.
