You can find Monalisa Telecom at 396 Jss Road in Chira Bazar. This part of the city is always packed with people moving around. Our shop is tucked into the middle of it all. We have been here for a while now, dealing with all sorts of phone-related stuff. We sell recharge cards, SIM cards, and some older model phones that people still like to use. The space is small and we have a lot of stuff hanging from the ceiling to save room. It’s a bit cluttered, honestly. We don’t have a lot of fancy displays. Most of our stock is just kept in glass cases that have a few scratches on them. We get a lot of workers from the nearby markets coming in for quick fixes or top-ups. The noise from Jss Road never really stops, so we have to talk a bit louder to be heard. We don't have any formal training, just years of experience handling different types of mobile devices. If we can’t fix something, we usually know someone nearby who can. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a marketing plan or anything. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who walks in. Some days it’s very quiet and we just chat with the neighbors. It’s a decent way to earn a living in a place we know well.
