Momaimata Enterprises

We operate out of Plot No.R-2 in the Hawaldar Compound, which is in Dahanukar Wadi, Kandivali West. It’s a bit of an industrial pocket in this part of town. Momaimata Enterprises is basically a family-run setup. We handle various trading and supply tasks. The compound is full of other small businesses, so there is always a lot of loading and unloading happening in the yard. Our space is functional, with high ceilings and a lot of shelves. It isn't the kind of place you’d come to for a fancy tour. It’s a working warehouse. We spend a lot of our time checking inventory and talking to drivers. Kandivali West is a big area, but Dahanukar Wadi has its own feel. We’ve been here for quite a few years. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the compound a bit messy, but we manage. We aren't big on corporate talk or long meetings. We just get the orders sorted and out for delivery. It’s just us and a couple of helpers making sure things run smoothly. Most days are pretty much the same—answering the phone, checking the ledgers, and making sure the stock is where it should be. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We like the independence of running our own place in this corner of Kandivali. There is a small tea stall just outside the gate where we take our breaks.
