Mohan Mahadeo Korgaonkar

I am Mohan Mahadeo Korgaonkar and you can find me over at 1303 Garden Court in Dadar East. I’ve been based in this building for several years now. It’s a good spot because Dadar East is so central to everything in the city. My office is up on the 13th floor so I get a bit of a view of the skyline which is nice when I’m taking a break from my desk. It’s a small operation here. I don’t have a secretary or a bunch of assistants running around. I handle most things myself because I like to know exactly what is going on with every task. Sometimes the elevator in Garden Court is a bit slow so I tell people to give themselves an extra few minutes when they come to visit me. The space inside is pretty simple. I have my desk, a couple of chairs for guests, and a lot of files piled up. I try to keep it neat but by Friday it usually looks like a paper storm hit the room. I’ve spent most of my life in this part of the city and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. People know they can find me here most days of the week. I don't do much in the way of marketing or advertising. I think if you just do your work and treat people fairly things usually work out. It’s a quiet way to live and work but it suits me perfectly. Being at 1303 Garden Court is just right.
