We work out of office 219 on the second floor of the Hill View Industrial Estate. It’s located on Amrut Nagar Road, just off L.B.S. Marg in Ghatkopar West. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of climbing and navigating through industrial buildings. Modi Measurement Systems is where we spend our mornings and late evenings. We deal with measuring tools and systems. It’s a bit technical, but for us, it’s just our daily job. The office is usually quiet, filled with papers and various instruments. We aren't the type of place with a lot of visitors, but we’re always here working. Ghatkopar is a busy part of Mumbai, so getting here can be a bit of a trek with the traffic on L.B.S. Marg. We’ve been in this estate for years and know most of the other business owners in the building. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy front desk. It’s just a workspace where we focus on the details. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with all the equipment, but we know where everything is. We don’t try to sound more important than we are. We provide measurement tools because that’s what we know how to do. It’s a steady, practical life here in the industrial estate. We just keep to our work and try to stay accurate with everything we handle. That is really the long and short of it for our team.
