Mirc Electronics Ltd operates out of B-41 in the Lavanya CHS in Mulund West. This is Gurukrupa Nagar, specifically in Nahur Village. It is an interesting part of Mumbai because it feels a bit tucked away but it is still very busy. Our office isn't a high-rise tower. It is part of a housing society setup, which makes it feel a bit more like a community. We’ve got our space set up with all the essentials. There are computers, some storage shelves for electronics, and a small area where we take our breaks. The building has that typical Mumbai feel to it. It’s a bit older and shows its age, but it works for us. We deal with a lot of local coordination from here. The walk from the station isn't too bad if the weather is okay. Inside, things can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of orders or reports due. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or art for the walls. We'd rather just have good chairs and working air conditioning. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It is a grounded place to work. We just do the day-to-day tasks that keep Mirc Electronics Ltd moving forward in the city. No big speeches or fancy slogans, just the work.
