Minesh Lalit Pipalia

Minesh Lalit Pipalia is the name, and I am based out of 26 Santacruz West. To be more specific, I am in the MIDC area, in the General Block. My office is on the second floor of a building on Nehru Road, at Flat No. 7. Santacruz West is a very busy part of Mumbai, especially around the MIDC. There are factories and offices everywhere, so there is always a lot of movement and noise. Nehru Road itself is a main artery, so you can hear the horns and the engines all day long. My place on the second floor is a bit of a climb but it’s where I get everything sorted. The flat is small and filled with the tools of my trade. It’s an industrial area, so the atmosphere is very practical. People are here to work, and I am no different. I spend my time going through records and managing the daily grind. Being in the General Block means I have lots of other small businesses as neighbors. We all just go about our own business. Sometimes we talk in the hallway or near the stairs when taking a break. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s a bit dusty and loud, but it’s where the real work happens. I’ve been at this for a while and I don't see myself moving anywhere else soon. It works for me and the people I deal with daily.
