Mickey Donald Play Group Nursery

We’re over in Andheri, at 6/B. It’s a small place, but it’s full of life every single morning. We’ve got kids running around most of the day, which keeps all of us on our toes. The walls have a lot of drawings on them, some better than others, but we like them all. It’s not a fancy private school with uniforms and strict rules. We just wanted a place where the local kids could stay and learn a few things while their parents are busy at work. There's usually some toys scattered on the floor, no matter how much we try to clean up. We do a lot of singing and finger painting. It gets very noisy, especially around lunchtime when everyone is hungry. The building is a bit older and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it’s sturdy and safe. We know all the parents by their first names and they know us. It’s like a little community here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just see the sign or hear about us from the lady down the street. We try to keep things affordable because we know how expensive life is in Mumbai. The kids seem happy, and that’s mostly what we care about. Sometimes we have a little party for birthdays with some simple cake. It’s just a normal, busy nursery.
