Our business is located in Flat 402 of the B-Wing in Shree Darshan Society. This is over in Sector 9 of New Panvel, right in the Khanda Colony area. It’s actually a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a strict office. We’ve been working with electronics here for quite a while. Most of the space is taken up by tools, circuit boards, and various components we are testing. It can get pretty cluttered when we have a big project going on. Living and working in the same area means we are always around. The society is usually quiet during the day when everyone is at work. We have a small balcony where we take breaks. It’s a lot of soldering and checking diagrams. We don't have a big storefront where people walk in off the street. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or call us up. The building elevator is a bit slow, so we usually take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Maharashtra summers are intense, but the flat stays relatively cool. It’s a modest setup but it works for what we need to do. We just keep our heads down and fix what needs fixing. We have a small cat that likes to sit on the warm equipment, though we try to keep her off the work table. It's a comfortable way to run a small electronics business without all the overhead costs.
