You can find our shop at Sapt Tara Housing Society in Shiv Shakti Nagar, which is right in the Powai area of Andheri East. We are at Shop Number 2. It’s a small space, and mostly it’s filled with televisions, music systems, and all sorts of wires that need fixing. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while now, and many of the people who live in the nearby buildings know us by name. We don't have a big team or a fancy storefront. It is just a local spot where you can bring your broken electronics and we will see if they can be repaired. Often, the counter is covered in screws and circuit boards because we are right in the middle of a job. We spend a lot of time with a soldering iron in hand, trying to find out why a certain part stopped working. It isn't always easy, and some days we are stumped by a weird problem, but we keep at it. People come in asking for spare parts or just for advice on what kind of cable they need for their new setup. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be fixed and what is better off being replaced. The shop is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s a quiet life mostly, just us and the humming of the electronics we are testing throughout the day. We keep the door open to get a bit of a breeze.
