I have been based here at 28 Walkeshwar for a long time. It is a good spot in a very old and established part of the city. The building has that classic feel to it, and you can sometimes catch a bit of the sea breeze if the window is left open in the afternoon. My daily routine is pretty much the same every week. I get in early, check my messages, and start going through whatever files are sitting on the desk. There isn't any fancy staff or a big marketing department here. It’s just me and the work that needs to be done. Walkeshwar is a busy area with a lot of traffic, but once you’re inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional car horn from the street below. I handle things as they come. People know me in the neighborhood, and I’ve been doing this for long enough that I don’t need to explain much to anyone. The office is small and filled with folders that have been sitting there for years. I don’t use a lot of modern gadgets or new technology, just what is absolutely necessary to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow or doesn't work, so I end up taking the stairs. It’s just a regular life and a regular way to earn a living. I don't see the need for a lot of flash or fancy decorations.
