Mehul Bearing

Mehul Bearing is located over in Kandivali East, specifically in the Raj Giri Apartment. We are at C/101, right near the Jain Temple. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when people are heading to the temple. Our space is mostly filled with boxes and parts. There is a lot of metal and grease around, so it’s not the kind of place where you want to wear your best clothes. My hands are usually a bit dirty by noon from moving things around. The apartment building itself is older, but it stays relatively cool even when the sun is hitting the front of the shop. We keep the inventory stacked high on the shelves, and sometimes it takes a bit of climbing to find the exact piece someone is looking for. The neighbors in the building are mostly quiet, except for the occasional delivery truck blocking the driveway. We have a small desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s not very organized to look at, but I know where everything is kept. If you stand by the door, you can hear the bells from the temple, which is a nice sound to have in the background while working. It’s a simple setup we have here. We open early, stay until the light fades, and just handle whatever comes through the door each day.
