Mayur Neon

You can find us at Office No. 7 in the Monarch Qureshi building. We are located in Behram Baug, which is part of Jogeshwari West. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we’ve been here for a long time. The main thing we do is neon work. If you walk into the shop, you'll see glass tubes and transformers scattered around. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. Working with neon takes a lot of patience because the glass can be fragile if you aren't careful. We spend a lot of time bending tubes and filling them with gas to get that specific glow. It’s not as common as it used to be with all the new LED stuff out there, but we still have plenty of people coming in for that classic look. The workbench is always messy with wires and bits of tape. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see us in the back working on a project. It’s a small space, so things can get cramped when we have a big order. We try to keep the place ventilated because of the heat from the torches. Jogeshwari is a busy area, and there's always something going on outside our door. We just stick to our schedule and try to get the signs finished on time. It's simple work that we've been doing for years and we don't plan on changing much.
