Max Computer

Max Computer is located at Shop Number 7 in the Moonlight Apartments on Mahakali Caves Road. It’s a busy area in Andheri East, especially with all the traffic heading towards the caves or the nearby offices. The shop isn't very large, but we manage to fit in all the tools and parts we need. I’ve been running this place for a few years now. Most days are spent hunched over a desk with a screwdriver in hand. We get a lot of laptops that have had water spilled on them or screens that have cracked during a commute. Being in Mahakali-Andheri East, we see a mix of students, office workers, and people who live in the apartments nearby. The shop is usually a bit dusty because of the construction work that always seems to be happening on Mahakali Caves Road. It is a one-man show for the most part, though I sometimes have a kid from the neighborhood helping me with deliveries. I don't really do "packages" or "deals." I just look at the machine, tell you what’s wrong, and try to fix it. It is a lot of trial and error sometimes. People know me around here, and I like that. If I'm not in the shop, I'm usually out getting parts from the wholesale market. It’s a busy life, but it keeps the lights on. We try to be fair with everyone who walks in and help them out.
