Our shop is number 26 in Gundavali Gaothan, right on Azad Road. It’s a small place, but we handle a lot of different things there. Mostly, people come to us when they need to book a trip or rent a car for a few days. We have a lot of maps and brochures lying around, though most things are done on the computer now. It gets pretty busy in the mornings with people calling to check on their bookings. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and making sure the vehicles are ready to go. Azad Road can be quite a nightmare for parking, so we’re always shuffling things around. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and most of our business comes from people living right here in the gaothan. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows. It’s just a desk, a couple of chairs for customers, and a lot of logbooks. Sometimes things go wrong, like a car breaking down or a flight getting delayed, and we have to spend the whole day fixing the schedule. We just try to be honest with people about what we can do. It’s a lot of coordinating and hoping the traffic isn’t too bad for our clients. We just keep the shop open and take the bookings as they come, trying to make sure everyone gets where they need to go.
