Our shop is Shop Number 3 in Sharma Chawl. It is on M G Road in Andheri East. We are also near Gokuldas Pasta Road. We aren't too far from the Allahabad Bank either. It’s a pretty central spot if you are in this part of town. Being in a chawl means it’s a bit of a tight squeeze. We have computers and spare parts stacked up almost to the ceiling. It’s a busy place. There is always someone with a broken screen or a slow laptop who needs help. We don’t have a big fancy storefront with bright lights. It’s just a regular shop where we do repairs and sell a few things. The noise from M G Road is constant. There are always horns and people shouting. You get used to it after a week or two. We start early. Usually, we stay open until quite late. That’s when most people are heading home and decide to drop off their machines for us to look at. It can get a bit dusty with all the fans running. We try to keep the work area as clean as possible. Most of our customers are local students or people who work in the nearby offices. We don’t really do any big marketing. People just walk in because they saw the sign or someone told them we were here. It is just a small business in Andheri.
