Our spot is over in Malad West, specifically at A/2, 52. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re not from around here, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us. The office is usually filled with files and the sound of the ceiling fan clicking away. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking down orders. It’s the kind of business where things can get a bit hectic on Monday mornings and then stay quiet for a while on Thursdays. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just keeping the wheels turning for our clients. There isn’t a lot of fancy furniture or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. Malad can get really hot in the summer, so we’re always checking if the cooler is working right. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how everyone likes their tea. It’s not a big corporate machine; it’s just us trying to do a decent job every day. Sometimes deliveries get delayed because of the rain or traffic, and we just have to deal with it. It’s part of the routine. We don't have some big grand vision, we just want to get the work done and go home to our families. It’s just how things are run here.
