Mamta Plastic Works

Wadala is where we are, specifically in the Shri Hanuman Industrial Estate on GD Ambekar Road. It is unit 313. Most days start early here because the traffic on Ambekar Road gets really bad later on. We have been doing plastic work for quite a while now. It’s mostly just making things people need for their own businesses. The machines make a lot of noise, but you get used to it after a few years. It's not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a workshop with stuff piled up where we can find it. Sometimes the power goes out, or we have to wait for a delivery that got stuck in traffic near the station. That's just how it goes in this part of town. We handle different kinds of plastic materials. Sometimes it’s small parts, sometimes bigger pieces. People come by to check on their orders or just to talk about what they need next. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us working with the molds and the heat. If you walk into the estate, you’ll see plenty of other shops, but we’re the ones at 313. It gets dusty, and in the summers it’s really hot inside, but we keep the fans going and just get the jobs done. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't really change much around here, just keep the machines running and try to make sure everything we send out is decent.
