We are located in Lower Parel, up on the 7th floor of the Marathon Innova building. It’s a big complex, so it can be a bit confusing to find the right elevator at first. Being in Marathon Nextgen means we’re surrounded by a lot of other offices, but we try to keep our space feeling a bit more personal. It’s just a regular office setup—desks, computers, and a lot of files. We spend most of our time at Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, dealing with the paperwork and meetings that come with being in this line of work. It’s not a glamorous life, despite being in a modern building. We deal with the usual city stress, like the train commute and the rain making everything a mess. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and complain about the traffic. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have gotten to know the security guards and the folks at the tea stall downstairs. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just come in, do the accounting and legal stuff, and head home. It’s a steady rhythm that works for us. Sometimes we stay late when the tax season hits, but usually, we try to clear out before the rush hour gets too bad. It is just a normal office with normal people working hard.
