Maher Ratan Dhamodiwala

I operate out of Sattadhar Nagar in Jogeshwari West, specifically in the Meherabad Building. It’s a residential area, but I’ve set up my workspace here at 401/2 to keep things manageable. Doing business as Maher Ratan Dhamodiwala means I’m usually the one answering the phone and handling the paperwork myself. It’s a very personal way of working. I don't have a big staff or a receptionist to filter calls. Most people who get in touch with me are looking for direct answers and someone who will actually listen to what they need. My desk is usually covered in notes and there’s always a list of things I need to get done by the end of the day. Jogeshwari can be quite loud and busy, but once I’m up in the office, I can focus on the tasks at hand. I’ve been doing this for quite some time now. I don't believe in using a lot of empty words or making things sound more complicated than they really are. If I can help, I will, and if I can’t, I’ll say so. It’s about building a bit of trust with the people who come to see me. Most of my clients come through word of mouth, which I think is the best way to do things. It keeps the work honest and ensures that I’m always doing my best for the people in my neighborhood. Each day brings something a little different, and I just take it as it comes.
