Mahendra N Ashtamkar

This is the place for Mahendra N Ashtamkar, located over at 265/A21 in Borivali West. We are based inside the AC Market, specifically in the Ujwal Co Operative Housing Society building. Borivali is always crowded, especially around the market area, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been set up here for a while now. Most people know us because they live nearby or shop at the AC Market regularly. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us handling the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. We don't have a big sign or anything too flashy. The space is functional. We do a variety of work, mostly things that come through word of mouth from people in the society or the surrounding blocks. Getting here can be a bit of a squeeze during peak hours because of the traffic, but once you’re inside the market, it’s easier to find us. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Usually, someone tells a neighbor about us, and that’s how we get most of our business. It feels more like a community spot than a corporate office. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through the paperwork without making too much of a mess. It’s just a normal day-to-day business where we try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
