Our business is located in the BJ Patel Industrial area in Kachpada, Malad West. It’s an industrial estate, so there are many small units around us. We work with Ayurvedic products and materials. The air around here usually smells like herbs and oils, which is nice compared to the usual city smells. We spend our days processing orders and managing the stock. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves and boxes. We aren't a big corporate office; it’s more of a functional workspace where things get done. Malad West is a busy part of the city, and getting into the industrial estate can be a bit tricky with the narrow roads. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We handle everything from packing to paperwork ourselves. The office part is just a couple of desks in the corner. We don’t have a showroom or anything fancy like that. It’s just where the work happens. People who know us usually just call or come by the side door. We try to stay on top of the orders, but sometimes the supply of certain herbs is slow. It’s just the nature of the business. We’ve been based here for quite a while now and know the area well. It’s a lot of manual work but we like the pace and the people we deal with. We just keep our heads down and pack the orders as they come.
