Magnet Telelinks Pvt Ltd has been located here at Mahatma Gandhi Road Mulun 21 for a good while now. It is mostly just us and a few desks where we handle all the phone and link stuff that comes our way. Usually, the morning starts with checking the lines and making sure everything is working for people who call in with issues. The office isn't anything fancy, just a plain place where we get the job done without much fuss. Sometimes it gets really loud outside with the traffic on MG Road, but we are used to it after all these years. We spend most of the day on the phone or looking at cable connections. It can get a bit messy with all the wires lying around under the tables and we try to keep things organized but when it is busy, it is hard to stay on top of the clutter. Some of us have been working here a long time and we know the neighborhood pretty well. If you walk past the shop, you will probably see us drinking tea or talking to someone about their connection. It is not a big corporate building, just a local spot where people come when they have trouble with their systems. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. It is just a few guys trying to make sure the telelinks keep running. The monsoon season is usually the hardest because the lines act up. We stay late then. That is basically our daily life.
