We are located at number 7 on Mascarenhas Road in Mazgaon. It’s a small shop where we deal with mobile phones and accessories. People come in mostly for recharges or when they’ve accidentally cracked their screen. We have a glass counter full of different covers, earphones, and chargers. It’s a local neighborhood spot, so we see the same people every day. Sometimes they just come in to ask for help with an app or some setting on their phone they can't figure out. We don't mind helping out with those little things. The shop is a bit cramped, especially when we have three or four people waiting at once. My cousin and I run the place together. We keep some basic spare parts in stock but for bigger repairs, we usually have to tell people to wait a day or two while we get the parts. Mazgaon is a nice area, and being on Mascarenhas Road means we get a lot of foot traffic from the nearby houses. We try to keep the prices fair because we live around here too and we know everyone's situation. We aren't like those big showrooms in the malls. We just have what you need for your phone and we try to fix what’s broken. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps us going through the day. We’ve been here for several years now and we're just part of the local street scene.
