Madhavbaug Clinic

We are over in Malad West, right near Liberty Garden. If you know where Ramchandra Lane is, you have probably walked past Annapurna Heights a dozen times. Madhavbaug Clinic is up on the first floor, in room 102/B. It’s a busy little area, especially in the evenings when people are out walking near the garden. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but there is a lift if you need it. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's clean enough for what we need. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood. Some stay for a long time talking, others just want to get their checkup and leave. We don't mind either way. The windows look out toward Liberty Garden, which is nice on a sunny day. Sometimes the traffic on Ramchandra Lane gets backed up and you can hear the horns honking from inside. It’s just part of being in Malad. We have a small staff. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It’s not a corporate place with uniforms and fancy badges. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the job done. It’s a practical little clinic for the local folks. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, even when the desk gets cluttered with charts.
