Maa Ingalaj Mobile

Our little shop is located right here in Andheri East 1. It is not a very big space at all, but we manage to fit a lot of things inside. We have various phones tucked into the glass display cases and a lot of accessories hanging on the walls. Most of our days go by in a similar way. People walk in with a phone that won't turn on or a screen that is completely smashed. We take a look at it, tell them what the cost might be, and then we get to work. Sometimes it is just a small software problem that we can fix while the customer waits. Other times, they have to leave the phone with us for a few days. Andheri is always a very loud and crowded place, so there is always the sound of traffic coming through the door. We have a small wooden bench for people to sit on, though it’s getting a bit old and rickety now. We have been doing this for a few years and we know the other shop owners on the street. Sometimes we step out for a quick tea when things are quiet. We sell some basic new phones, but it’s the repair work that really keeps us busy throughout the day. The floor in here is slightly uneven, so the glass cases might wobble if someone leans on them. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just find us by walking past. It’s a simple business for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
