We’ve been here at Bajaj Bhavan for quite a long time now. Most people around this part of Mumbai know the building, it's a busy spot. Our office is at number 98, and it gets pretty hectic some days with all the paperwork and phone calls coming in. We mostly deal with moving goods across borders. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. You spend your day making sure stuff gets from point A to point B without too many hiccups. Sometimes there are delays at the port or documents get stuck, but that’s just how this business goes. Lovson Exports Ltd. isn't a massive corporate skyscraper firm. It’s us here in the city, keeping track of shipments and talking to suppliers. A lot of different things go through here, mostly whatever customers need sent out, depending on what the order is. Mumbai-400021 is a good area to be in for this kind of work because it’s close to everything we need. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see desks piled with folders and people talking on their mobiles. It’s not fancy. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. The job is what we focus on most of the time. People come and go, deliveries arrive, and we try to keep things organized. It's hard work, but we've been doing it for years so we know the routine. Shipping things overseas takes a lot of patience. You learn to deal with changes in rules and shipping lines. It's a regular day for us.
