Lohanas Tour

Our office for Lohanas Tour is located on Kamala Nehru X Road 2 in Kandivali West. It’s a pretty standard street, and we fit right in with the other shops and small businesses around here. We’ve been at this for a while, and the office reflects that—it’s got that lived-in feel with old calendars on the wall and a clock that’s always five minutes fast. We mostly spend our time arranging group tours and figuring out bus schedules. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone has the right paperwork in their hands. We don't have any fancy marketing people; we just talk to the folks who walk in through the door. Usually, it's neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in the area. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. There’s often someone's lunch smelling up the breakroom, and we usually have the radio playing quietly in the background. It’s not a high-pressure environment, though we do get busy when the holiday season rolls around. We just focus on getting the details right so people can have their trip without any major headaches. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people in Kandivali who trust us with their travel plans. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of patience.
