You can find Link International Placement Service at Vile Parle East on C.G. Road 5. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit now. Our main focus is just helping people find their way into different jobs, which sounds simpler than it actually is. Most of the day is spent looking through files and talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of listening and trying to match things up correctly. The office at C.G. Road 5 is usually pretty busy, with people coming in and out all the time. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a water fountain. It’s just a desk and some chairs. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. Life is already confusing enough, so we keep our process straightforward. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy working in Vile Parle. It’s a good neighborhood with plenty of places to grab a quick lunch when we have a spare moment. We don’t have a corporate manual or anything like that. We just rely on what we’ve learned over the years. It’s about being practical and getting people where they need to be. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to help out the folks who walk through our door looking for a new start. We just take it one person and one file at a time.
