Lila Telelink

Lila Telelink is tucked away in Borivali West, right at S 12. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself and I knew a bit about phones and connections. It’s a small room, really, but it’s home for most of my day. I usually get here around ten in the morning after a quick tea at the stall down the street. Borivali is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside the shop door. Inside, I keep things as tidy as I can, though there are always wires hanging somewhere. I handle a lot of recharges and people asking why their internet isn't working right. It’s mostly just talk and fixing small issues. The address is S 12, so it’s easy to find if you are already in the Borivali West area. I don’t have fancy displays or those bright lights you see in the malls. It’s just a counter, a couple of chairs, and the equipment I need to work. My family lives nearby, so sometimes my kids stop by after school and sit in the back. It’s a family-run kind of thing, very informal. I know my customers by name mostly. We have been here for a few years and seen the shops around us change owners, but we are still in the same spot at S 12. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us.
