We've been here in Devarjeevanahalli for a while now. Most people know the spot on Modi Road, right near the 2nd Cross. It’s a busy area in Srinivasa Nagar 4. People bring their appliances in because things break down, and that’s just how it is. We spend most of our mornings sorting through calls and looking at parts. It gets a bit dusty around here with all the traffic outside. The shop isn't fancy. We have some benches and tools lying around. Most of the guys here have been working on machines for years. We don't really have a big office or anything, just a desk and some shelves for the tools. Sometimes the phone rings all day, other times it's quiet. If you're coming from Andheri East, it’s not too hard to find us once you hit the main road. We keep regular hours, but sometimes we stay a bit late if a job is tough. The space is a bit tight with all the units waiting to be looked at. We try to keep things organized, but when parts arrive, it gets crowded. It’s just us doing the daily work. Nothing special about it, really. Just fixing stuff that needs fixing. We see a lot of the same neighbors coming by. It's a decent place to work. We usually have the radio on or just talk while we work. That's pretty much the whole story of this place. We aren't big on talk, just on getting things to work again.
