Leedeeince Organic India Private Limited

Our place is at House No. 4(2) in Kudus. It’s right by the Hanuman Mandir in the Wada area of Thane. We started Leedeeince Organic India Private Limited because we saw how much people wanted organic food lately. It’s a small private company. We aren't some giant corporation from the city. We live and work right here in the community. The office is small and usually has someone’s lunch or a tea cup sitting on the desk. We spend our days talking to growers and checking the quality of the produce that comes in. It’s a lot of back and forth. Being near the temple, it’s a busy spot sometimes with people passing by. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us doing everything from the heavy lifting to the accounting. We try to keep things as natural as possible. It’s not always easy because the rules for organic labels are strict. We don't use a lot of business jargon. If the fruit is good, it’s good. We don't need a fancy brochure to tell you that. Most of our time is spent making sure the trucks work out so the food stays fresh for the customers. It’s a lot of pressure but we enjoy the work. It feels good to be doing something that isn't just about the money. We like being part of Thane.
