L Comps Impex

Our office is over in Andheri East, right on Mahakali Caves Road. We are at number 14 in the Paper Box House, which is part of the industrial estate there. If you know the area, you know it’s always busy with people moving boxes and vans coming in and out. L Comps Impex is a small team working out of this space. It’s an industrial vibe, so there’s always some noise from the neighbors or the street. We deal with imports and exports mostly, so there’s a lot of looking at lists and checking crates. The building itself is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for what we need. We don’t spend much time making the place look pretty because we are usually too busy with the actual work. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk, but most days we are trying to keep up with the shipments. Being in an industrial estate means you meet all kinds of workers and drivers every day. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the tea stall and the security guards by name. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a group of people doing their jobs in a crowded part of Mumbai. It’s messy sometimes, but that’s just how it is.
