Kurathi Viduthi Estate

If you are looking for us, we are located in the Laxmi Narayan Society on the 3rd floor. It’s right across from Shreyas Talkies in Ghatkopar, which is a pretty well-known landmark for anyone around here. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, though there is a lift if it's working. The space isn't huge, but it's where we manage the Kurathi Viduthi Estate business. Most of our work involves paperwork and coordinating things, so there’s always someone at a desk looking at files or talking on the phone. Ghatkopar is a busy place, and the traffic outside can be a bit noisy sometimes, especially during the evenings when the movie crowds are out. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s easy for people to find. We don't really have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s just an office where the day-to-day operations happen. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the files, but we manage to keep things in order. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we all know how the routine goes. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in the society. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy enough.
