Kunal M Khanchandani

Kunal M Khanchandani is the name of our small operation at 101 Ramdas Wadi. We are located in the Jyot building, which is a flat right above the Canara Bank. This makes it very easy to explain to people how to find us, as the bank is a major landmark in the area. Since the office is in a flat, it has a more personal and less corporate feel to it. You can hear the sounds of the residential building, like people talking in the corridors or the sound of the elevator. The rooms are filled with desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We do our daily work here, which involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Ramdas Wadi is a good neighborhood to be in, and we have lived or worked around here for quite some time. The office is not very big, so things can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. There is a small kitchen area where we can fix ourselves a snack or a cup of tea. It is a simple and honest way to run a business. We do not have any big signs or fancy reception areas, just a door with a name on it where we show up every morning to get our work done.
