Kumar Personnel Bureau

Kumar Personnel Bureau is located at 964 Chani Road in Jogeshwari West, right near the Lotus Petrol Pump. It is a busy area in Vadodara and there is always a line of cars at the pump which makes the road outside quite crowded. Our office is a simple place where we keep a lot of files and registers. We have a couple of old fans that spin fast but don't really cool the room down much when it is peak summer. There are chairs lined up against the wall for people who come in to talk to us. Most of the day is spent talking to people and writing down details in our big ledgers. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we still like having things on paper where we can see them. My desk is usually covered in resumes and sticky notes. It is a bit of a walk from the main station, but people find us because of the petrol pump landmark. We have been doing this for many years now, and the office hasn't changed much in all that time. The walls are a light blue that has faded over the years, and there are stacks of folders in the corner that probably need sorting one day. We just focus on the people who walk through the door looking for work or looking to hire. It is a simple, no-nonsense kind of place and that is how we like it.
