Kum Kum Collection

You can find Kum Kum Collection at 85 City Centre on Chittabhai Patel Road in Goregaon West. It’s a pretty busy spot, especially on the weekends when people are out shopping. Our shop is one of many in the complex, but we have our own way of doing things. We mostly stock stuff that we think people around Goregaon would like to wear or use in their homes. The shelves are usually packed tight because we like to have a lot of variety, even if it makes the aisles a bit narrow. Sometimes it’s hard for two people to pass each other without bumping shoulders. We don’t have a big team of sales people in uniforms. It’s just us and maybe a helper or two. We try to be helpful when someone is looking for a specific color or size, but we don't hover over people while they browse. The mall lighting is bright, but inside our unit, we’ve added a few of our own lamps to make it feel a bit more comfortable. There is always some music playing from the shop next door, which keeps things lively. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere. But we just stay here in City Centre, doing what we do every day. It’s a simple business, and we are happy to be part of the local community here in the West.
