Our place is located in Room No 7 of the Jagrut Rahiwasi Mandal in Meghwadi. This is in Jogeshwari East, right in the heart of a very busy part of Mumbai. The room is quite small, but we have managed to fit everything we need for our trading business inside. It is a very local setup, and you can always hear the sounds of the neighborhood through the door. There are kids playing outside and people going about their daily shopping in the lanes. Inside Room 7, we have a couple of desks and a lot of ledgers where we track all the trade details. It gets a bit hot in the summer, so the fan is always running at full speed. We don't have any corporate fancy stuff here. It is just a plain room where we do our work every day. The people in the Mandal are friendly and we have been here long enough that everyone knows what we do. Sometimes we have to stack boxes in the corner when a new shipment of paperwork or supplies arrives. It is a bit of a tight squeeze, but it works for us. We spend our hours checking prices and making calls. It is a simple life in Jogeshwari, and we are happy to have this little spot to call our own while we handle our business daily.
