Krupa Plastic

We are located at unit 71 in the New Unique Industrial Estate in Mulund West. Krupa Plastic is just one of many small units in this big complex. It’s a very industrial setting. There are trucks coming in and out all day long, so the air is always a bit heavy with exhaust and dust. Inside our unit, we have the machines running and stacks of plastic products waiting to be shipped out. It’s loud, so we have to shout a bit to be heard over the hum. The floor is hard concrete and my back usually aches by the end of the day. We have a small mezzanine level where we keep the paperwork and a tiny desk. I spend half my time down on the floor and half upstairs. We don't have any fancy decorations. There’s a calendar from three years ago still hanging on the wall because nobody bothered to take it down. The guys working here are like family; we’ve been through a lot of busy seasons together. We usually take a break together in the afternoon when the heat is at its worst. Mulund is a busy place and being in this estate means we are always on the move. It’s just a place of work, nothing more and nothing less. We get the orders done and go home to our families. Sometimes the courier takes forever to arrive, which can be quite frustrating when we have deadlines to meet.
