Krishna Traders

Krishna Traders is located in Mulund East, right in Neelam Nagar Phase II. You can find us on Gavan Pada Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. The area is a mix of residential buildings and small shops. Our place is filled with whatever we are trading at the time. It gets a bit cramped because we try to fit as much as possible into the space. There’s always the sound of people talking outside and the occasional delivery truck trying to navigate the road. Gavan Pada Road can get quite narrow when everyone is out. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. The office part is just a small corner with a wooden desk and a couple of stools. We don’t go for anything flashy. It’s just Krishna Traders, plain and simple. We’ve been part of Neelam Nagar for a good while now. The regulars know us and we know them. It’s a community feeling. When the monsoon hits, we have to be careful with the stock, but we’ve got a system for that. We spend our days checking orders and talking to people. It’s a steady rhythm. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. That’s how it’s always been for us here on Gavan Pada Road. It is just a local business trying to keep things moving.
