Shiva Clinic

Shiva Clinic is situated in Kotha Peta, very close to the Sre Lakxmi High School. Because of the school, our mornings are always filled with the sounds of kids shouting and bells ringing, which we have grown quite fond of. The clinic itself is a modest space with a waiting room that has a few rows of plastic chairs and some old magazines. We have a small consultation room where the doctor sees everyone. It smells like antiseptic and clean floors most of the time. We see a lot of families from the neighborhood who come in for fever, coughs, or small injuries. It is a busy little place, especially in the evenings when parents are off work. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long, but sometimes it gets backed up. Our receptionist has been with us for years and knows most of the patients who walk through the door. There is a small pharmacy counter where we keep the basic medicines people need. We do not have any high-tech gadgets or fancy waiting areas with televisions. It is just a local clinic where people come when they are feeling under the weather. Being near the school makes us easy to find for anyone living in Kotha Peta. We just focus on taking care of the people who come in and keeping the place clean.
