Kosjae Exports

Our office is up on the 4th floor of Arshie Complex, right on Balaram Street in Andheri West. It is one of those buildings where you always have to wait a bit for the lift, so most of us just end up taking the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. Working in exports means there is always a lot of paperwork on the desks and boxes piled up near the door. We spend a good chunk of our morning dealing with files and making calls to see where things are stuck. The room isn't huge, but it fits the few of us just fine. Outside, the street is always noisy with cars and people heading to the station, but up here in 401, it stays mostly quiet except for the printer going. We have a small corner where we make tea, and that’s where most of the daily planning happens. It’s not a glamorous setup, just desks, computers, and a lot of shipping labels. We’ve been in this complex for a good while now, so we know the security guards and the other folks on our floor. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we just keep at it. It is mostly just about keeping track of things and making sure the boxes get to where they need to go without too much trouble for anybody involved.
