Komal Behrani

Our little office is tucked away in the Associate Bank Officers Colony over in Borivali West. Specifically, we are at J-201 in Kanti Park. It is a nice area with plenty of trees and a bit of a breeze if you are lucky. My name is Komal Behrani and I have been handling things here for a bit. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We are just a local setup in a residential colony. This makes it easier for people to find us without getting lost in some huge corporate park. Every morning, I open up the windows and get the computer started. There is always a pile of things to do, but that is just how it is when you run your own thing. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just try to be helpful to the people who reach out to us. Most of our neighbors know what we do, and we often chat near the gate in the evenings. It is a very normal life. We deal with the usual Mumbai problems like the humidity and the noise from the street, but it works for us. If you are looking for something very polished, that’s not really our style. We are just here doing our bit, trying to stay organized and keeping the records straight. It is honest work and we enjoy being here.
